Manufacturing Check List

  • Make sure check for unrouted nets

  • Design Rule Check
    • 6 mil min 8 mil min preferred
    • Check power net widths
    • Check ground net widths
  • Silkscreen appropriately
  • View the PCB correctly in View Plot
  • Generate a PDF of the schematic
  • Generate Assembly drawings
  • Add the border
  • Stick with the grid, you may not violate this rule
  • All PCBS must be black unless you have a good reason
