Camera Z Mount knobs hit each other (30min DYE)
- Turn the second hole into a slot so it looks intentionally adjustable
- Re-drill holes wider? (makes it look unintentional)
Camera Z Mount is too long (1hour DYE)
- De-rivet right angle
- Cut aluminum section
- re drill, re-rivet piece in
Mount in Camera support rails (30min FRI)
- drill slide rail holes
- Rivet into box
Make Cap touch Sensor (1 hour DYE)
- step 1) print out a stencil
- step 2) tape a copper sheet onto the back of the stencil
- step 3) cut out stencil
- step 4) apply PSA to top of the copper tape
- step 5) peel off PSA protector and stick to polyethalyne
- step 6) scratch off paper using knife or water (only enough to solder to)
- step 7) solder a 30awg or smaller wire to that electrode
- step 8) add a female header socket to the end of the 30 gauge wire
- step 9) add more PSA
- step 10) add 1/4" polyethalyne to back of sensor to protect it
- step 11) add a LED, EL, matrix or other type of back light to illuminate this assembly
Make new front panel (1 hour DYE)
- cut wood to size
- cut plastic to size
- apply adhesive to surface and install window
Install Monitor (2 hour FRI)
- Cut out hole
- Design and install retention system
- must be removable
Need LED Ring (4 hours FRI)
- make template
- stack 3 1/8" sheets together
- cut out template
- drill 40 holes
- Wire in 40 LEDs common cathode.
- Wire 5 drive circuits
Need to design door (2 hours DYE)
- Need to cut door out
- install piano hinge
- install rigid extrusions
- install backing
- install combi-lock
Need Foot Stands (30 mins DYE)
- Lathe
- 4 Delrin holes
Need to add Threaded Rivets for Future Expansion
